TripOTale Holidays – Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with TripOTale Holidays, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance payment must be cleared as per our Payment Policy.
• Bookings made without payment are not guaranteed and may be canceled without notice.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy.
• Non-refundable components (such as flight/train tickets, permits, or taxes) will be deducted from any refund.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Package prices are based on the prevailing rates at the time of booking.
• Any increase in taxes, government charges, fuel surcharges, or hotel/transport costs will be borne by the guest.
• Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in your confirmed itinerary.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• TripOTale Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or any situation beyond our control.

5. Travel Documents

• Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents and any permits required for the trip.
• TripOTale Holidays will assist with permits wherever applicable but is not liable for delays or rejections by government authorities.

6. Liability

• TripOTale Holidays acts as a tour operator and is not responsible for any natural calamities, losses, injury, accident, or damage during the trip.
• We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Health & Safety

• Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may require attention during the trip.
• TripOTale Holidays will not be responsible for any health-related issues or emergencies.

8. Force Majeure

• In case of events beyond our control (natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be processed as per company policy, or guests may reschedule their trip.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with TripOTale Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
