Cancellation Policy
TripOTale Holidays – Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our service providers.
1. Cancellation by the Guest
- 30 days or more prior to departure – Full refund after deducting a 10% service charge.
- 15–29 days prior to departure – 50% of the package cost will be charged.
- 7–14 days prior to departure – 75% of the package cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days or No-Show – 100% of the package cost will be charged. No refund applicable.
2. Cancellation by TripOTale Holidays
If we cancel the trip due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen reasons, you will receive:
- A full refund of the package cost, or
- The option to reschedule your trip (subject to availability).
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Flight/train tickets, permits, and third-party bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Government taxes or entry fees are also non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Bank or transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the guest.
5. Amendments to Bookings
Date changes may be allowed depending on availability and may include extra charges.
6. Force Majeure
TripOTale Holidays is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our control.
